These engagement terms apply to Discovery reports, focused reports, and full reports commissioned from ORION Constellation Enterprises Ltd. They exist to ensure scope, confidentiality, fees, and escalation are clear and confirmed in writing for each engagement.

1. Commissioning

Work begins only after written commissioning has been agreed. Initial contact and discussion are free of charge.

2. Scope and deliverables

Scope, inputs, timescales, and deliverables are confirmed in writing for each engagement. The work is interpretive rather than prescriptive and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

3. Confidentiality

Information provided by the commissioning organisation is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of the agreed engagement. You should not send names, HR data, medical data, or other identifiable personal information unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Fees and payments

Discovery report — The Discovery report is a paid piece of work commissioned only once both sides agree it would be useful. Payment is due on client acceptance of the Discovery report.

Focused report — Focused reports are quoted in advance once a specific focus question has been agreed. Work does not proceed without written confirmation.

Full report — Full reports are paid in advance, with scope and deliverables confirmed in writing before work begins.

Where a focused or full report is subsequently commissioned, the Discovery report fee is credited against that report fee. Any additional reports are charged at the full price.

Every effort is made to charge clients reasonably and not punitively.

5. Changes and additional work

If scope changes materially, this is treated as a new scope item and is confirmed in writing before work continues.

6. Clarification stage

A post-report clarification stage is included following delivery of a focused or full report. Any follow-on work beyond clarification is treated as a separately scoped engagement.

7. Publication and reuse

Reports are written for the commissioning organisation’s internal use. If you wish to share a report externally or make it public, this should be confirmed in writing with the commissioning organisation’s authorised representative. ORION Constellation Enterprises Ltd may decline public release where it would reasonably expose methods or create disproportionate risk of misinterpretation.

8. Escalation and complaints

If you have a concern about the service provided, please raise it using contact details you already have or using the methods listed on this website. As a sole-director company, escalation is handled directly by the director.

If a concern cannot be resolved informally, the parties may agree to use an independent mediator or arbitrator before any formal proceedings. ORION Constellation Enterprises Ltd maintains professional indemnity insurance where available and proportionate; confirmation can be provided in writing on request.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless an alternative resolution route is agreed in writing.
