This is an illustrative operating plan. It describes a typical shape of work, not a binding promise. The authoritative version is this page.
Overview
ORION’s services are: Discovery Review and Report, Focussed Review and Report, Full Review and Report, and Clarification Report.
Typical phases
- Enquiry and fit check: brief discussion to confirm the work is appropriate.
- Discovery Review and Report: structured questions + limited evidence gathering + a short written report.
- Focussed Review and Report: deeper work on a defined subset of questions.
- Full Review and Report: broader, adapted inquiry across the organisation’s decision landscape.
- Clarification: a time-bounded window for questions after report delivery; further Clarification Reports are commissioned only if required.
Client responsibilities
- Provide a named sponsor and point of contact.
- Provide access to agreed materials within agreed time windows.
- Ensure contributors are available for scheduled conversations.
- Confirm factual accuracy during the draft review stage.
Deliverables
- Written report (Discovery / Focussed / Full) as commissioned.
- Optional: short Clarification Report if the included clarification round is insufficient (see pricing section on the homepage).
Assumptions
- Timescales vary with availability, access, and scope.
- Where urgent decisions are in flight, the work prioritises clarity and risk surface over completeness.
